Marble's® often used a moose to symbolize the company. A mighty animal that majestically posed on the cover of Marble's catalogs for several decades. Another symbol that was commonly used was a clock with the phrase "For Every Hour in the Open" You can see it above the moose in three of the covers.
The symbol at the right, "If It's Marble's, It's Quality" was used from the 1950s to 1980s on printed material and product boxes. Moose disappeared from the woods were Webster Marble traveled in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. In the 1980s, they were re-introduced to the region.
